A little about me ...

 I became a spiritual teacher to heal. My mother had me at 20, bipolar, sex worker, incarcerated the year before I was born, and incarcerated again when I was 13. She died of cancer at 38. My step-father was an alcoholic, abusive. I became a scholar, All America in football, NFL free-agent: Patriots, Seahawks, college football coach, mortgage loan officer, gubernatorial appointee, sales trainer for Tony Robbins, entrepreneur, father, novelist, school teacher. I lived with persistent anxiety, often depressed. Couldn't maintain a healthy relationship, especially with myself. My therapist said PTSD: 10/10 on ACE. I succeeded and failed more times than I can care to count. I studied A Course in Miracles for two decades. Then at 62, I let the past and future go and understood the now. But I would've preferred to have been a fast learner, like Eckhart Tolle.
